Presentation guidelines
Oral presentations
- Each speaker will have a total of 15 min of presentation (12 min presentation + 3 min questions&answers)
- Presentations should be in pdf or PowerPoint format.
- Presenters should upload the presentation slides on the author´s space of the conference website by the 8th of November, 2024.
- At the conference website, presenters should log in and submit the presentation under the menu > Abstracts & Presentations> Submission > Presentation slides.
- Presents should meet the chairs of the session before the session starts.
Poster presentations

The poster orientation should be portrait.

The poster size should be A0; 84.1 cm (33.11”) wide by 118.9 cm (46.81”) high.

Text and graphics must be readable from 2 meters away.
- At the meeting. Poster presenters should bring their posters to the poster area for a full-day display on the day of the author´s assigned poster session. Tuesday: 13.00 to 18.00, Wednesday and Thursday: 8.30 – 18.00
- Each poster will have a code that includes the day the poster will be displayed and the poster board number. For example, poster TuP8 will be displayed on Tuesday on poster board 8.
- Each day has a time allocated for authors to present their posters.
- The poster session will take place in the Conference room
Poster corners
- Each presenter will have a total of 5 min of presentation to stand in front of the poster and present it (3 minutes to present the aim and main outcomes of the study + 2 minutes questions&answers)
- The poster corner session will take place in the entrance hall (Hallen).
