Presentation guidelines

Oral presentations

• Each speaker will have 15 min. of presentation followed by 5 min. for questions.
• Presentations in pdf or PowerPoint format are preferred.

Poster presentations

• The poster orientation should be portrait.
• The poster size should be A0; 84.1 cm (33.11”) wide by 118.9 cm (46.81”) high.
• Text and graphics must be readable from 2 meters away.
• Posters will be displayed during all the conferences with specific dedicated time for discussion (Poster session).
